Professional Female seeks a single or double room
I?m Carmen, I?m 30 and I work in events (film, music, arts) in Central London.
I have lived in the same flat in King?s Cross since I moved to London in 2010, and my landlord has sold it. I am planning to move between the beginning and middle of November, and am looking for zone 1 ? King?s Cross, Bloomsbury, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Old Street, Clerkenwell, Newington, London Bridge, Farringdon, Barbican.
I am looking for a double room in a clean and friendly flat/house. Ideally I?d like to rent from a current tenant rather than agency, and am looking for a 3 bedroom flat.
I am easy-going and tidy. Ideally I would like to be part of a social accommodation, where we would occasionally hang out and share a laugh in the living room/garden. However, if this is not the case, I know how to respect others' privacy.
To sum up:
Move in date: 1 ? 15 November
Room size: Double
Household: 2-3 bedrooms
Areas: King?s Cross, Bloomsbury, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Old Street, Clerkenwell, Newington, London Bridge, Farringdon, Barbican
Budget: ?800 (bills included)
Looking forward to hearing from you!
