Friendly gal looking for a room in Warwickshire

My name is Danielle, I’m a late 20’s working professional who is looking for a room in Coventry as that is were I work.
(Or potentially the surrounding areas like Warwick/ Leamington Spa/ parts of Brum , if the price is good)

I’m available to move in from 1st November,
My budget is max. £450pm (including bills)
I don’t smoke, or have a pet and it’s important to me that communal areas are clean.
(But if you have a pet, I don’t mind)

I’m a chill, clean and considerate housemate. Ideally, I would like roommates who are also pretty sociable as it would be nice to have the occasional Movie night/ meal together 😊

Bit about me:
I love gaming, hiking and getting out in nature, and being creative.
I’m also gay (just getting that out there to deter the minority who might care about that sort of thing. Would prefer LGBT+ friendly household)
