Whole property required to rent (NO SHARING)

I am a professional guy in my late 50's, looking for a WHOLE 1-2bed flat (NO SHARING) to rent in the Birmingham area. Rental period will be between 6-18months.

Budget is up to £850 for a 2 bed or up to £700 for a 1 bed, excluding bills, and furnished.

I have my own property in Cheshire but need to be based in or around Birmingham for the next year or so.

The flat to rent must have...
- Gas central heating (not electric heating)
- Furnished
- External Satellite dish for connecting my Sky box
- Good transport links into Birmingham City centre.
