Friendly, relaxed professional, flexible on areas

Hi! I'm 31 and work for a charity in Shoreditch, so an easy commute to Old Street, Liverpool Street or Shoreditch High Street would be idea, but I don't have my heart set on any particular area. Looking to move end of April to avoid too much cross over with my current lease which ends 30th April.

I'm looking for a place where we all get on but have our things going on too. I'm up for having a drink and chat in the evenings/watching TV (big loves recently have been Stranger Things, Sex Education, Queer Eye & Fleabag)/playing board games/chatting shit. Equally, having lived in London for 10 years (and still like it here) I have my own life too. I love music and going to gigs, reading, art, comedy, walks, and going to the pub or out for a dance.
Over the years I've lived with lots of people (thanks, London housing market) in North, East and South and I think I'm a good level of tidy/clean, relaxed, able to get on with most people, and appreciate what's needed for a nice living environment. I'm looking for somewhere with up to 4 housemates in their thirties/late twenties but would also consider a lodger-style situation if it was the right place.

Would love somewhere with some outside space or near a park if possible, and somewhere with a pet would be the absolute dream!
