Seeking studio, cabin or annex in urban or rural

I am ideally looking for a self contained property as i am a mature postgraduate student looking for a quiet place to focus on research. I am studying for a distance learning masters degree in sustainability and prefer to have personal space to study in. I receive full universal credit with limited capability for work and work related activity and so it is an unconditional payment which covers all living costs. I also receive student loans for tuition fees and some living costs. I am in search of a quiet flat to complete my masters degree. I don't smoke or have a wild social life of drinking and partying.
