32, Living in Dublin, here to do Masters at Queens

Me:
I live in Dublin with my wife and my 5-year-old son and am starting an MSc in Queens (Leadership for Sustainable Development). I’m looking for a home base (for just me) while I’m up in Belfast and anticipate being around 3-4 days a week. I’m clean and tidy and take care of things. In my day job, I'm an artist and creator working mainly in woven fashion textiles and I do this from my studio in Dublin. The reason I'm up here is that I want to take a step back and study so that I can learn as much as I can and bring it into my future work practice. I do like to socialize and share a drink or an occasional meal from time to time, I'm a pretty good cook and I love the ritual of food, cocktails, and coffee, so I like to make a nice evening meal an occasional highlight rather than a daily thing. For my evenings, I love to read, draw, make a big pot of coffee and watch a movie or series (obsessed with Succession), or if the weather's nice, to get out on my bike and explore.

I’m looking for:
Someone/People in a similar stage of life to myself (aged 24-40), either studying or working, with an independent lifestyle and fluent English. I’m completely open to any gender or status, but am not open to sharing with a couple.
