Looking for double bedroom in Nice shared property near St Peters Port

Hellozim Kirsty. I am a 35 year old healthcare professional who is relocating from Scotland to Guernsey for a position in the main hospital there as an Occupational Therapist.

Finding accommodation is proving very tricky so keen to explore all of my options. I would be keen to sign up to something more short term so I can figure out what is best for me once I move over here. In saying that, I'm also very keen to make new friends so a flatshare could be ideal longer term too.

I'd ideally like to stay around St Peters Port or St Martins.

I am really friendly and sociable. I currently share my property with a lodger so very used to sharing a living space.

I am clean and respectful and will be out of the property Mon-Fri during the day for work and most likely out and about exploring in evening/ weekend too. I am also keen to socialise and make friends with people so always up for a chat or glass of wine/cuppa tea.

I have a VERY well behaved and adorable toy poodle called benji. He doesn't shed any hair and is very quiet. He is basically always on my lap. I currently rent out my spare room and he's been a massive hit with every lodger I've had. I would even be willing to pay a large deposit if needed.

I am looking to move to the island in March.
