Hello,
My name is Tony, and I have been working in aerospace engineering, in the USA for 12 years and been back in the UK for 4 years.
I am very easy going, respectable, and treat others as I would like to be treated.
I do sometimes enjoy a smoke outside, just the odd one. Never indoors, driving, or in work.
I maybe away some weekends, and I may travel in my work.
I am looking for a clean and quiet place for 3+ months, in/or within a reasonable commute to Banbury.
Requirements:
Easy parking without restrictions outside for 2 vehicles at the moment, ones a finished hobby to keep me busy weekends.
No drama or through the night parties. I like my sleep.
Clean bathroom, kitchen etc.
Children, pets, helping out, DIY repairs, are fine. I always end up fixing things as I cannot stand things being broken lol

I have been doing aerospace engineering and quality home repairs/plumbing (not gas boilers as not certified) since being back in the UK. Some for my landlords, in Somerset, Essex and Buckinghamshire, whom I know will be happy to give you references.
If you feel your place could be a good fit, I would like to view sometime, and have an arrangement agreed within a few days, if acceptable by both parties.
A rental reference will be via email/phone to my past letting agency and landlords, professional certifications and criminal background check available upon request.
