Looking for a double room near Northern General

Hiya, I'm a 22 year old final year speech therapy student looking for a room in a shared house in the S5 area, preferably near northern general hospital (as this is where I'll be doing my placement this semester). I'd prefer a room with the bills included in the monthly costs. I'm willing to consider £325 pcm all inclusive

I'll be a bit busy as it is my final year and I'll be on my placement, but in my free time I love a bit of Netflix, watching musicals and listening to music. I'm quite social and tend to spend my evenings in the shared areas like the living room and kitchen, but I'm an introvert at heart so I also like my own space.

I always try and keep shared areas tidy and I've never had any complaints about tidiness or cleanliness in the past.
