Female w/ Dog Looking for Friendly Flat!

Hello lovely person/people!

I'm Gemma, a professional currently freelancing as a writer and tutor, I'm currently working at a film school in London.

I'm looking for a place to call my new home with people who are sociable, clean and like a chill and a chat in the living room as much as they appreciate a little private time in their room. My budget is up to £900 total, including bills!

I'm mostly looking to stay in East London or towards Clapham, but am open to anywhere in London, really. I'm able to move in August/September :)

I'm clean, friendly and up for a movie night basically whenever! I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly too! I've also been renting in flat/house shares since I was 18, so I'm very much used to living with others.

On the note of being pet friendly, I'll be bringing my dog, Nemo, with me. He's a sociable and toilet trained 10 month old cocker spaniel, who'll make you feel very loved every time you come home! If you're happy to help me look after him, that's great! But I'll also be able to get him a walker/put him in day care for when I'm not available for longer days. If you also have a dog, that's great too, as Nemo gets along really well with other dogs!

I'm vegetarian (but Nemo eats meat lol), so if you're a veggie-only home, that's cool, but I don't care if you eat meat, each to their own!

Aside from writing in my own time, I like climbing, dinners with friends and mutually deciding that 11am on a wfh day can sometimes be an appropriate time to take a nap. I've also recently taken to doing stand up comedy, but won't force you to sit down and listen to my jokes!
