Hello, Im Max and Im looking for a double room with off/on street parking. Happy to buddy up with someone also looking for a property in a similar area and a budget of around £500 (w/little wiggle room either way).
Location-wise, ideally in St Alban's or WGC, though Hatfield is also considered.
I'm working as a tech analyst in St Alban's, though I work from home most days. Been here since summer, living in WGC but now moving out due to landlord stopping rent on their place.
I am a sociable, tidy and respectful individual. Looking for a house with a similar vibe. I like my outdoors, sports (BJJ, cycling, gym mainly with occasional dabble in others). Pride myself on my cooking and will be open to whipping up something for you occasionally if the favour is returned sometime down the road. Likewise love a house-meal, a bev and chill after a manic work week.
