Young professional buddy ups/nice flat wanted!

I'm 24 years old, I work as an SEO consultant in central London and I'm looking for some like-minded flat mates to live with! I'm open to buddy ups or joining existing flat shares. In terms of location I'm also flexible.

I'm a relaxed guy, just looking for a couple of new flat mates (up to 4 ideally) that are equally chilled out and easy to get along with. If you're into your football, or love a bit of hip-hop, I'm sure we'll be on the same wavelength.

I'm a tidy person, who always treats people the way I'd like to be treated, with respect. All I'm looking really looking for are people who hold that value at their core.

With regards to the room, I've got my heart set on a double bed and room for desk. Other than that, I'm open to anything. I think it would be really cool to live somewhere with a living room or nice communal space, but it's not a deal breaker. In terms of the area, I just want to be somewhere that has a little bit about it, a little culture. Whether that's nightlife, views or art is completely interchangeable. Also somewhere that's near a tube station!

Right now, I'm looking to settle for the next 12 months or so, and would happily make a 6 - 12 month commitment for the right kind of opportunity.

I currently live in North-West London so for anyone who is looking to relocate from outside of London, I am in a good position to attend viewings across the city.

I just have to give my current landlord 4-weeks' notice, so move-in date will be 1 month after any agreement. I am open to move in earlier for an amazing opportunity.

As I mentioned, for current flat shares, I'm also open to filling a room. I would just want to meet in person first to check I'm a good match for the people there already!
