Scientist looking for a room in OX4 from March

Me after too long in the sun on holiday ????

Hi potential flatmates!

I'm a 31yo Yorkshire lad from Sheffield currently working as an Immunology researcher in London. In March I will be starting a new job in Oxford at the Oxford Science Park and Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics looking into new cures for human autoimmune disease so need to find a place to live in Oxford.

I'm looking for either a single or double room to rent from the 1st March 2021 and have a maximum budget of £900pcm. Also my new home should ideally have some sort of communal space (aka a house where the living room hasn't been turned into another bedroom) and a garden would be a nice plus for BBQs.

The location of the house should preferably be in OX4 and within close commuting distance of the Oxford Science Park using the 3/3A and 16 bus routes (Central Oxford, St Clement's, Donnington, Iffley Road or Cowley Road).

My ideal flatmates would be a friendly group of professionals who wouldn't mind socialising a little bit (e. g. movie night, chilling with beers/cocktails, BBQs), or trying out my cooking skills. Since I like to be social I'd like to live with flatmates that are social too (not stay in your room types) and would prefer not to live with a family, a couple or the landlord.

As a flatmate I'm tidy, outgoing and considerate. I enjoy discussing general affairs, listening to indie/electronic music, gardening (although I'm currently restricted to a windowsill in London), cooking and going to the gym.
