Mature lady seeking double room
Lady seeks furnished double room in areas near Coventry and Birmingham. Would prefer all bills included in monthly rent, if possible. Although have fish for pets, I am an animal lover. I don't mind people who smoke outside, but not inside the property. I do not mind sharing other areas, such as kitchen, living room(lounge) and toilets. I am diabetic, so have a lot of medication on hand, am quiet and relaxed personality. Currently employed and on Universal Credit who pay my Housing Benefit. Hoping to find full time work shortly in Retail and Admin Industry to get fully off all Benefits due to health reasons.
