I hold tenancies in UK for the last 9 years - with tenancy agreements.
I'm very quiet and respectful of other tenants,

I can do occasional cleaning, such as vacuuming or more if you require.

I must have tenancy agreement. for rent payments.

You can feel free to evict me anytime you want if during the tenancy you feel like it, this is just to assure you that I will not want to be a problem for your property.
