31-year old professional male working in politics

My name is Adam; I am a 30 year old Scottish political researcher working for Holyrood in central Edinburgh. I am looking for a room/flat or a buddy-up to find somewhere in the locations set out in this ad.

My days tend to be quite long as after work, I tend to either go to the gym or go a nice long run – so workin’ hard, and workin’ out harder, or at least I try! I like nice food and would rather indulge in that rather than spending money on booze or going out getting tanned at the weekend...that’s not really my thing.

As I work hard during the week, I enjoy watching a bit of TV and I like a long-lie on a Saturday, maybe a nice brunch and then I’ll generally visit family and friends in various parts of the west coast.

So yeah...that’s basically my vibe.

I’m not really looking for a flat or a flatmate where life revolves around living for the weekend. Really not keen on living with somebody into drugs - not stigmatising or anything, but just not my thing. I’d also prefer not to be living with a live-in landlord. That’s not a deal-breaker though, so if you like what the sound of what you are reading...then let the above paragraph be an unspoken proviso!

I don't smoke - not fussed on whether you do, as long as you're okay with doing it outside.

Ideally, I’m looking to share with somebody who is considerate i. e. will clean up after themselves and will do their fair share of the communal flat cleaning and that I can get along with i. e we’re on similar wave lengths.

It would be nice to be able to share a cup of tea or a meal and a chat occasionally but we both/all have our own thing going on. And if you can have a passionate but agreeable chat about politics with me...even better, but that’s not essential :)
