Dble rm/bedsit/studio with garden

Hi,
I have a pet cat, a 14 year old house / litter tray trained neutered cat...so pets allowed is a requirement :). Some garden space would be nice too.
I'm ideally looking for a double room in a house share, or studio (happy to buddy up with anyone else looking) preferably at the rear, 1st or ground floor of a property with some garden space. I have 1 pet cat. A bungalow would be perfect. Will also consider static caravans and alternative accommodation.
I'm 53, employed, tidy, clean around the house, respectful, friendly + fairly sociable, non smoker, into vegetarian /vegan food myself, but don't mind living with meat eaters, often go rockclimbing on my days off, also into recycling, environment, nature. Occasionally play guitar, go skateboarding. Learning French and German.
