Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 44 looking for a double room with space for a desk as I work from home. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom if possible as I have my own bed, bed side table and chest of drawers that would need to move with me - however arrangements can be made to store my furniture if necessary. I would prefer a non-smoking house
I'm looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful and clean to live, I like my own space as I tend to keep to myself at times as I'm a bit of an introvert and struggle with anxiety, but once I feel more comfortable around people I do come out of my shell a bit more :)
I'm shy but friendly and kind, I like helping people and I love animals so if you have pets that's ok with me. I sometimes housesit /pet sit for people I know, happy to provide references, I'm very responsible, tidy and trustworthy x
