Hi, my name's Kornelia and I'm looking for a female (preferred) flatmate.

The flat: This groundfloor flat is in great location (ideal for a student!) and has all the amenities. The bills are usually below £50 per person (not including council tax). The flat has: a large kitchen with a dining area; large shared living room; bathroom with shower; built in wardrobe. The bedroom is furnished with large bed, bedside table, built-in mirror wardrobe, desk and a deskchair. Video of the flat will be available upon request.

Me: I'm usually a quiet person, but I enjoy socializing as well. I enjoy reading books, painting, jogging and studying. I'm not much of a party type.

You: We'll get along if you're respectful and tidy. It would be great if you were up to play boardgames or discuss books from time to time ;)
