Living Room

I have a double room and a 3/4 room in a lovely 3-bedroom house available for female postgrad/mature students or young professionals aged 22-30.

The property is in an excellent location, 3 minutes’ walk from Aberdeen University main campus. There are a number of amenities within a minute’s walk including a corner shop, Kittybrewster retail park and a main bus route in and out of the town centre. There are also two supermarkets within 15 minutes' walk.

The house has central heating and double-glazing. There is one bathroom and a kitchen with an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a good-sized living room with a TV (no TV licence) and Blu-Ray player which connects to the internet.

Each room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet, a bookshelf and a desk with a chair.

I am a 26 year old girl who is quiet and tidy, I’m sociable but prefer to keep things in the house quieter to focus on studies.
