City Centre Ba1 Ground level flat amazingly quiet & nice & warm in the winter & cool in the summer.

Brilliant central location 10 mins walk to train station. Morrisons. Super quiet Georgian property much loved . Long term flatmate moving out to get married. I have one room on offer but a choice of two so depending on your preference budget. The larger one £540 very large space furnished (but if you don't like the bed you can replace it)
inbuilt wall shelves & large wardrobe plenty of space for a desk if you wish.
If you'd prefer a cheaper room i have a smaller single room at £460 all included + bed which can also be removed & some shelving + wardrobe shelves which are optional enough space for a desk chair etc.
Great large living room nice for end of the day movies & unwinding, washing machine kitchen.
Nice kitchen area great for the odd lasagna respectful of different dietary needs freezer / fridge .
Bathroom shower always hot water.
Current flat mate is professional over 40 works 12 hour shifts so out 4 days a week 8am - 8pm during the day. And works from home running own business on days off enjoys relaxing reading easy going not really a party person but does like the odd pint at the local pub interested in most things so not a party place respectful of personal space ,right couple considered. Non smoking apartment but very easy to go outside if you wish. Parking I believe you can buy a residents permit but as my commute is 5 mins don't need one.
Tidy but not ocd washing machine ,superfast broad band very attentive & responsive landlord to any issues.

Really love this flat location & other neighbours are super nice in the apartments above /below no loud partying as we all respect each other . Ground level so no hassle of moving luggage belongings up stairs. Very near the Park .
Obviously no drugs must be professional or student with good credit history.
12 month tenancy is a must with references & credit check £400 deposit & £400 in advance after you've met the landlord.
