Hi all, I have a room that is becoming available.
Our place is located in Lower Weston and it is a very peaceful Maisonette.
It is a two bedroom maisonette, with two Bathrooms. The rooms are on different floors. Which is nice because if you want some peace you can feel like you are in your own place.
A nice big living room and comfortable kitchen.
Your room will be on the top floor and you have your own bathroom with a shower and toilet, it is a double room with lots of storage.
The place is located about a mile away from Victoria Park and is close to town so easy to walk to if needed. There is free parking right out side.
About me. I'm 33, very friendly, peaceful - I'm super ambitious and I work hard. I have the coolest kid who is currently 4 years old. And he comes and stays with me every other weekend.
I'd like to think I am fun and sociable and hoping to find a like minded house mate.
We share the bills and split them down the middle.
