I have a double room available furnished in my three bed house in Southdown. It is a quiet peaceful area in Bath.
Room contains double bed, big wardrobe, tv and unit, shelving, under bed storage.
There is also room for a desk (but not provided)
The house is a 10 minute drive from the centre of Bath, with local amenities, local bus routes from the end of the road and a 10 minute walk to Oldfield Park train station which provides quick and easy access to Bristol.
I am young (ish!), easy going and enjoy socialising but also the need for some time to myself and am looking for a tidy, professional lodger.
I mainly work from an office in Bath but do need to work from home 2 days a week, in the dining room.
Shared facilities include kitchen, bathroom, dining room and garden.
Kitchen has washing machine/cooker/microwave/ dishwasher/tumble drier
Bathroom has shower and bath.
Parking available as well as bike storage
