Looking for a professional, 24 - 35 years to share with 3 others. The current housemates are 2 males, 1 female, all working full time, friendly and quiet, social at times, and all happily share cleaning and bin duties etc.
There is also a monthly professional cleaner that comes in for the communal spaces.

The house is fully equipped, including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, with a very large, quiet secluded garden.
The bedroom is upstairs furnished with a single bed, draws and wardrobe.

The house is in a great location, north of the river in a quiet no through road, has free parking and good bus connections nearby. Easy level walk (15/20 min) into town through Victoria Park.

Rent includes all bills apart from internet, so no added hassle of sorting bills out!
Sorry no students or couples due to insurance, and minimum contract is 6 months.
