Large Double Room to rent in Brand New house

We are listing a Large double room for rent in a Brand New 4 bedroom eco home we have just acquired, unfortunately our 4th housemate had to pull out of the tenancy last minute. We would like someone Male or Female with similar interests, we all work Full Time in and around Bristol. We would like someone who is sociable yet respects privacy.

We are three professional males working in and around Bristol, we are all sporty individuals with easy going personalities. We are all clean and tidy. The property is in an excellent location as it’s only a stones throw from the city centre and also has great transport links to bath and other areas south of Bristol.

We will be furnishing the downstairs of the property however we would expect you to furnish your room. All rooms are pretty much the same size and they are all large doubles. The house benefits from cool features such as the underfloor heating and mood lighting. The house has never been lived in, we look forward to moving in at the start of feb.

The rent is between £525-£550 a month (yet to be decided) and the bills will be roughly £80 per month.
