Hi i'm looking for a like minded house mate to move in to a 2 bed house share in the st George area. i'm 25 and working as a mental health nurse, looking for a professional, similar age and ideally with a healthcare or keyworker background. My student days are over, so i love a tidy, warm and comfy house. However, i'm very social and outgoing and always up for new adventures.
i'm living in the house already and looking for somebody to move in near the end of feb , rent is £400 plus bills (aprox £150). The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished but could do with some more artwork and a bit of character :)
The house has a living room, dining room, nice new kitchen, a small garden, parking. The house has recently been refurbished so everything is new and clean. 30 min walk to town, easy bus route. St George has a very strong community feel, nice cafe's and pubs.
it is a really beautiful home and location. Please message me a bit about yourself and if you want any further details
