Double ensuite in newly built Harbourside 2bedroom

Hi all!

My flatmate is moving out unfortunately and I am looking for someone to take her fantastic ensuite double bedroom. Being the master bedroom, it is big, airy and full of light with a large window. The room is provided unfurnished but it is big enough to fit a desk for remote working, a wardrobe and a chest drawer.

The flat is a new (~3 years old) 2 bedroom on spike island, just behind the MShed (Wapping Wharf - Cargo area). There is another double room and a main bathroom which I use, plenty of storage space and a big living room + kitchen area with all modern amenities, inc. dishwasher and a balcony. As a new building, it is super quiet, warm (we hardly ever need heating) and with a dedicated ventilation system.

A bit about me.. I am a 35 yo male, working 9-5 as a design engineer in the construction industry; originally from Corfu, Greece but I have been living in Bristol for the last 5 years.

I have been working remotely from Greece since April and this will continue for an undetermined number of months (I hope it will be permanent!). This means that, for the foreseeable future, you will have the whole flat for yourself most of the time, as I will only be visiting the UK every month or two for a week or so. When in the UK, I will be working normally in my company's offices.

As a flatmate, I am very easy going and chilled out, clean and tidy. I definitely like to socialise with my flatmate and in general spend time in the living room (super comfy sofas!) but I also like to relax in my room at times. I fully respect people's privacy and understand their need for either socialising or withdrawing to their room.
I have a group of friends in Bristol with whom I love going out with for a coffee or beer or the occasional weekend night out. I love watching series and movies and have a mini home theatre setup in the living room (never loud). I am also into travelling, exercising, cooking and learning Spanish.

Rent is 750 pounds/month, with the monthly total coming up to 900, including bills and council tax (50mb fiber connection by hyperoptic). The flat is owned+managed by a company and you would become part of a new tenancy agreement with a 6 month contract, then rolling. Agency fees would be 50 pounds total and the room will be free 27th September.
