The flat is located on Cheltenham Road, just off Gloucester Road. The current tenants are very sociable and friendly, and are always happy to go out for a drink or the occasional night out. Great bus links, stop outside goes to UWE and into town. Walking to town/University of Bristol takes about 20 minutes. Let is available until 30th June 2020, with rent coming out on the 30th of every month. Bills: £9 WiFi, £15 water and £20 electric per month.
