We're Jess and Liv.

Our housemates are leaving us to be grown ups - so we're looking for someone new to join our home.

Who we're looking for...

We're all in our late twenties so someone around this age would be preferable.

We regularly spend evenings and weekends together, so we’re looking for someone who wants to get involved with that too. Essentially, we want a friend as well as a housemate - not somebody who is just looking for a cheap room in the city centre.

We're not obsessive about cleaning but someone who respects communal areas, knows how to clean up after themselves and takes the bin out once in a while is a must.

Unfortunately we can't accept students or people who're only looking for a short term let.

The house...

The house is in a great location, only a short walk away from the city centre, harbourside and Temple Meads train station.

You would have a lovely big double bedroom on the middle floor. (Please note, photo may not be of the exact room but all are a similar size)

The room comes unfurnished, so you would need to bring your own stuff.

Parking is available but you would need to buy a permit.

The rent is £425 per month - with a £375 deposit paid directly to the agency.

All bills are on top and are split 4 ways.

The room is available from 1st October.
