We have 2 large furnished double rooms to rent in popular Stoke Park, next to UWE. This is one of the larger houses, not converted to smaller rooms. 4 bedrooms in total.

The house is located conveniently next to UWE (Frenchay Campus), Sainsburys, Abbey Mead Retail Park, Parkway Railway Station and the M32/M4 Motorways.

with 4 people in total, the house comes with all mod cons, a large kitchen/diner, separate lounge/living room, downstairs washroom and bathroom.

The rooms are very large and come with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

This is a FULL TIME STUDENT ONLY house. Each room is single occupancy only.

Happy to accept overseas students - strictly 6 months rent payable in advance.
