Recently decorated huge room available in a big shared house. The price includes all the bills, weekly cleaning of the common areas, and even a 200 MBps internet connection!

-- Your room

Your room comes furnished with a king size ottoman bed, with plenty of storage, a big built in wardrobe, folding table, office chair, chest of drawers and bedside tables. If you need some more furniture, I would consider including it too. The room has a huge bay window, dressed with some modern roman blinds. The room faces the south, so it has plenty of sunlight.

You will also have a private fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster in your room too, as well as access to the shared kitchen and living room.

-- Shared spaces

You will share the fully equipped kitchen and living room with 3 more people. You can use all the utensils, washing machine, fridge, kitchen table, TV, sofa, etc.
The bathroom will be mostly shared with 2 people only.
There is a big garden too.

-- Bills and services

All the bills (electricity, gas, water and internet), as well as the council tax, are included in the price.
The price also includes a weekly cleaning service of the common areas, and for a small extra we can extend the cleaning to your room too.
We have a 200 Mbps Virgin media optic fiber connection. You can also use Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for free in the lounge TV.
There are smoke alarms in all the rooms and a CO alarm next to the boiler.

-- Location

The house is located in Muller road, with plenty of transport links, halfway between the city center and employers like Airbus, UWE, MoD, HP Inc, Abbey wood, etc. It is very close to Gloucester road, with plenty of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants to choose.

If you have a bicycle, you can store it in the shed. If you drive, although there is no allocated parking space, most of the time it is easy to park on the street in front of the house.

-- Amenities nearby

There is an Aldi and a Lidl a stone throw away from the house, with plenty of choice for your grocery shopping.
Also, there are a few convenience stores nearby, a Co-op, and the 24h Eastville Tesco is within walking distance. Gloucester road and its independent stores and cafes are within a shot walking distance too.

-- Rules and preferences

Ideally the new housemate should be a professional in his/her mid-late 20s, or 30s, but I would consider mature students too (e. g. people doing a PhD). Currently there are 3 people living in the house, including the landlord.
Smoking is allowed only in the garden or front yard, but not inside the house.
You can have visitors sometimes, but parties with loud music and tons of people are not allowed.
No pets are allowed.
The house is a small HMO, and due to regulation, only 4 people can live in the house, so unfortunately couples are not allowed.
