I have one small but perfectly formed double room in a refurbished house situated in Barkers Lane, Bedford. The upstairs room shares the main bathroom with just two others.

The Furnishings consist of double bed with new memory foam mattress and ottoman storage to whole underneath, a large wardrobe and chest of 3 draws . The room has a very large bright window that over looks the allotments.

There is also a large farm house table with 6 chairs for all to use if you wish to cook, eat . Each tenant has a numbered cupboard, fridge shelf and freezer draw so no confusion!

The House has modern wooden stripped effect flooring to the entrance hall and through to kitchen zone, the lounge area is carpeted. The back door opens from kitchen to low maintenance courtyard garden onto the rear garden, there is a rotary line for all to use. The side gate of the house and garden is locked for extra security.

This house has a PURPOSE BUILT LOCKED BIKE SHED in the rear garden.
