House is located in quiet area of Caversham.
There is one bathroom, two toilets, spacious kitchen and living room in the house. There is also small garden at the rear of the house.
House is about 20 minutes’ walk from the Reading town centre.
Bus stop is less than 1 minute from the house (1£ to the town centre).
We are looking for well behaved, clean and quiet tenant. Not a party house. We are all quiet profesionals so we looking for someone who will respect others.
The rent is £520 for en suite and £420 for double per month.
