Pleasant single room in shared house in Wycombe

Pleasant double room now available from the 1st of May 2022 in High Wycombe, in a shared house with friendly but unobtrusive working people.

Furnished with double bed, carpet and curtains, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, central heating radiator, pictures, hairdryer, etc.

I can provide bedlinens and towels if required, and I will launder them weekly.

Room 3, a single room, will also be available from the 16th of May.

We're all double-glazed, and every room has a central heating radiator.

All the bills are included in the price - Council Tax, water rates, gas and electricity, TV licence, SKY TV, and wireless fibre broadband internet access.

We have a well-equipped shared kitchen, in which you'll have your own cupboard and fridge space. Shared sitting room, dining room, shower room (power shower), washing machine and tumble drier in the downstairs cloakroom, and gardens / patio.

We are only a mile from High Wycombe railway station and central Wycombe, and on the 33 bus route. Parking is on the road outside or in the driveway. Tesco extra is a short walk away.
