Parking available and garage for bike storage
Kitchen and large dining room plus there is a single room set up as a study which can be used by arrangement ( not full time WFH though)

Bus stop opposite goes into Cambridge or Shepreth Train station and Melbourn is just down the road or Foxton station. Addenbrooks also 15 mins away.
We are also near Melbourn Science Park , 10 mins from M11, 10 minutes from Royston and 15 min drive to Cambridge & Addenbrooks.

Quiet relaxed household and very chilled out dog , would suit considerate tidy & friendly professional.

Barrington also has a wonderful village pub with real fire serving excellent food and there is a shop and post office .just a few doors up.

Great scenery with miles of country walks/ bike rides on the doorstep and some lovely local cafes and delis nearby.
