Hello,
I am letting 1 double bedroom in a 4 bedroom house, to mature students or professionals who love a sociable but quiet living and working environment. I live in the house myself. I am friendly and easy going, but would like to see the house looked after and clean. I am happy to discuss options for a cleaner. I quite like to experiment with living as sustainably and environmentally friendly as possible but don't make a dogma of it :) The rooms are light and with wooden floors. Large nice shared kitchen and living room. At the moment there is still a grand piano in the living room, therefore musicians are welcome.
Newnham is the most wanted area in Cambridge, because of its village character, the great community and proximity to the river and meadows. On the other hand it is close to the city centre, University and station. It has a few small shops and a cafe. All bills are shared between three and amount to approx. £ 50/ month pp (water, gas, electricity, internet). If you are interested please get in touch via e mail.
