Double Room in popular area off Mill Road

I have one room to rent in my spacious, airy and light home. The room has a double bed hanging railings etc but I can accommodate other arrangements if you prefer.

There is a large open-plan living/dining area downstairs with a big TV. The kitchen is really big and there are three fridges and masses of storage in the kitchen so everyone has their own space if they want it. Bathroom has recently been decorated and the shower really blasts it out!

Outside there is a 40ft garden which is mainly lawn, flowers and trees.

All bills are included and I will even make you a cup of tea now and again ;-)

I am a senior research scientist at the University of Cambridge and I travel quite a lot for work so you may not see me for protracted periods.

Phd/Masters students welcome but sorry no undergrads. No deposit required. Prefer moving in dates after 01/August but can be flexible.
