Small double room near Addenbrooke’s

Our housemate is moving out at the end of August and we would like like to find a new housemate to join our friendly home which is a 10 minute walk from Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

We are two young female professionals both working at Addenbrooke’s. We are ideally looking for a female housemate who appreciates our shift patterns and doesn’t smoke. We both enjoy going to the gym, playing sport or chilling out in front of the TV and would like to find someone with similar interests to us. We aren’t party animals but we do like to go out for drinks or dinner.

The house comprises of a kitchen, dining room, living room and large hallway downstairs and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a toilet room and a separate bathroom. The house has a large garden, parking for 2 cars and a garage for bikes and storage.

The room itself is an unfurnished small double bedroom at the front of the house. Our current housemate would sell her existing furniture if required. Rent is £535pcm including all bills. Minimum 6 months tenancy. Deposit of £675. Room available from 1st September. References required.
