Furnished single bedroom in a two bedroom flat (3rd floor) in the newly built Eddington complex in West Camb on Madingley Rd. Suits students, postgrads and visiting researchers due to proximity to West Cambridge site. The area is quiet, mostly professional people and university of Cambridge staff.

A ten minute cycle ride gets you into the city centre. The U-Bus stop is two minutes away, gets you into the city centre in 15 minutes and the train station in 25 minutes.
There's a large Sainsburys, Argos, a coffee shop, a fairly active community centre, playing fields and an artificial lake all within a five minute walk. Gym/sports center is a fifteen minute walk. There is secure indoor bike parking.

I am working as a research associate (postdoc) at the university of Cambridge. I enjoy cooking, baking, cycling, drawing, painting and reading. I have a well equipped kitchen and you're welcome to share my things if you don't bring your own. I've been a pescatarian for some time now. I'm super friendly and have enjoyed meeting new people as flatmates during my time renting out this room. Looking forward to seeing who's up next. I have a five year old son who visits on alternate weekends
and school holidays and stays with me so you should be okay with that. He is polite and well mannered and while I think he'll be the least of your concerns, I think its important to mention this arrangement.
