Hi there, thanks for reading. My current lodger has got a new job in Southampton and will be moving out 15th June 2021.

I am a live-in landlord living in a large, modern, three double bedroomed, three bathroom house (two are en-suite).

This advert is for a generous sized en-suite bedroom, as seen in the photos. It comes fully furnished.

I am looking for someone that is respectful and sensible to be able to be trusted to look after the house and appreciate a nice place to live!!

.There is driveway parking, a huge shared lounge (shared with the other lodger) a large kitchen-diner and a downstairs wc. All bills will be included and there is high speed broadband internet. There is a small private courtyard style garden, backing on to the double driveway.

Cambourne is a lovely quiet, safe and clean modern community to live in, a few miles outside of Cambridge and surrounded by nice countryside. Morrisons supermarket is a 12 minute walk away from the house.
