Comfortable, clean and friendly house share - nice, calm environment for professional/academic ladies in very practical location not far from centre.
1 cozy single room and 2 comfortable double rooms, fully equipped with fast wifi.
I am prepared to negotiate flexibility with length of stay due to these current challenging times.
House is light and airy (photos taken in winter)
Safety net also offered to newcomers as short term let. Perks did include occasional, optional invites to some interesting local, cultural events and depending on the covid situation still might.
Rent is paid every 4 weeks in advance so 2 days less than a calendar month. Accommodation includes use of a charming kitchen-diner and lounge area and 2 bathrooms.
Cleaner did visit weekly. .something else to decide on - re covid. Plenty of space for bikes and parking. Price is all inclusive of utility bills and very reasonable for Cambridge.
Close to both supermarkets, convenience stores, swimming pool, gym and lovely green areas including the famous river Cam (10 minute walk) where you can watch the college rowers. Very good bus route, citi 3, direct to historic town centre 8 mins and 15 mins continues to railway station or 10 mins pretty cycle ride. Good access route out of Cambridge.
Academic, friendly local lady owner lives in own flat in house with very cute little Bichon. (non malting - so great for allergy sufferers - also no carpets in house)

NB. I always speak to potential lodgers first before arranging a viewing.

Due to the corona virus, proper preventative measures should still be considered if staying here.
