Two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and one with a shower. The house is in an excellent location off Mill Road and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I am looking for a responsible, quiet and independent lodger for a period for up to six months (possible extended time period) or possibly for longer. Non smokers. VIsiting students and post docs welcome as long as they are responsible, quiet and respectful. Ten minutes to the centre of town - excellent location. Refs required..
