Comfortable and fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, wi-fi internet access with a high speed cable broadband connection in a charming semi-detached 1930's house.

Ideal location: situated directly opposite Coldham's Common, it benefits from a green field being opposite that gives the area an open, country feel. Also within easy walking distance is the Beehive Centre that includes the lowest cost supermarket in Cambridge - Asda; and supermarkets Sainsbury's and Tesco are a short walk away. It's hard to think of a better overall location for the house, it is so convenient, which is one of the reasons we chose it! The best gyms in Cambridge are very close by, the Grafton shopping centre, Mill Road, City Centre and the University colleges, as well as the station, are all within easy reach.

The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet. Across the road are basketball courts and the excellent Abbey Pool and Leisure Centre. The house is close to a bus stop going directly to the City centre, as well as to other locations. There is a post box a few steps from the front door and post office a short walk away. Again, conveniently located, are a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and tea houses, contributing much to the character of the local area.

About us: We are a family of 3. We work normal hours (9-5.30pm).

About you: We are looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, clean, tidy and a non smoker. No DSS, sorry. Ideally you will be planning to stay for at least 3 months. As we are quite sociable, we may have dinner together for example or go on outings, it may also suit someone who would like to improve their spoken English.

Rent: The £485 rent includes all bills: utilities, TV licence and fast broadband. Rent is payable at the start of each month and there is a refundable damage deposit, also £485.
