Double room in a modern house - Chesterton

We are looking for someone who is quiet and clean to join the 🏠
I work Monday to Friday, for a large medical company near Milton and Damian (the other housemate) works for a large British multinational (5 days a week with a varied schedule)
Large, clean common areas maintained as a house. It would be great to find another like minded individual.

- The house is located in a gated community, hence it's in a safe, secure and quiet location.
- Great transport links to town, as the bus stop is just outside the house and takes only 12 minutes to get there. Alternatively it's only a 15 minute cycle.
- 10 Minutes walking distance to the Cambridge North station.
- Close to both Business and Science Parks.
Would like someone who is social with the house, but not a must.
Professionals preferred, this is not a party house. We both like to peacefully unwind after work, hence need someone who is respectful of others.

Bills are shared equally across the household and are currently around £150 each per month.

Ideally no WFH applicants, however we will consider this as long as you're a hybrid worker and not fully remote.
The room is also single occupancy only!
