Room available to rent: Double bed with ensuite which has underfloor heating. Fully furnished, including, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, side tables.

Access to the living room, ground floor cloakroom and kitchen facilities, including: Washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, five ring gas hob, Fridge-freezer and water softener

30 minute walk to town Centre or 10 minutes from bus stop on the Citi 1 bus route which runs till late, alternatively it is just 10 minutes by bus, car or bike! 2 minute walk to co-op, Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop, with Milton Tesco a 10min drive.

Existing tenant is female; The ideal candidate will be someone who keeps a nice clean tidy house, respecting the communal areas and maintains them to the level they arrive with them in and will keep their room clean, and also share the communal area cleaning duties.

Non-Smoking and no pets

Whilst the garden isn't fantastically huge capable of large garden parties, there is a small patch of Astro turf which can be used to chill for summer drinks and snacks outside.
Weeding is the only maintenance required so not to worry if you aren't green fingered me either!

There is also a shed with a lock for storage.

In an ideal location it is quiet and calm away from the noise of the busy centre but not too far to get to!
