Quiet, peaceful home. It would suit a PHD student, mature student, professional or mature visitor to Cambridge.
Initially looking for short term tenants, 1-3 months, but if you are looking for longer and you liked the home then I would consider 6-12 month lodger.
(I also would be happy to accomodate a lodger looking for short term/occasional/flexible arrangement i. e. weekday only or for overnights several times a month)
There are a choice of rooms, a single or a small double.
There is a shared bathroom (but it would just be shared between the two of us, so not such a hardship)
I spend most of my time in my studio, so the house is a quiet relaxing space to be enjoyed.
The house is well appointed and a very short distance by bike or car to the city centre. Girton has many amenities.
I have a small well behaved dog, who doesn't shed hairs.
Bills are included. But cleaning isn't covered. This could either be shared between us or we can share the cost of a cleaner.
Contact me if interested.
