We are looking for a fourth professional female housemate to move into a 4 bed house with 3 girls. We are a friendly house all young professionals (ages 26-28).

The room is a spacious and airy double room with a separate bathroom on the same floor which has a shower and bath. This bathroom is used by one other housemate but they also have their own toilet so this will mainly be your bathroom. There is also access to a small shared balcony and shared living room on this floor. Bedroom is on the second floor.

Room is un-furnished with the option of being furnished as the current housemate is selling some of their furniture.

Terraced house, spanning across 3 floors. The house is very spacious and has a shared open plan kitchen/living space on ground floor with patio door onto garden.

Available from the 23rd of October for an 8 month contract. There may also be the opportunity to extend the contract beyond 8 months.

Deposit is £721 and rent is £625 per month excluding bills. Energy/water Bills with council tax (band G) and internet is usually around £200 a month each (but this is not exact every month e. g due to heating etc).

We are looking for a fourth house mate who is easy going, friendly and clean/tidy. We are a sociable household who equally respect each others time and space.
