The house is situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac and the rear looks over the Bridgewater canal onto open fields and so as my gran would say is pin drop quiet.

All the bedroom furniture including the double bed are brand new and as yet unused, the room would also accommodate a working desk with views over the canal and open fields to the Pennine way.
Happy to share the lounge for a chat etc but for watching tv imo doesn't work so the bedrooms have wall mounted brackets for mounting your own tv if you wish, an aerial is already installed. (can loan mine for a fortnight)
Broadband and utility bills are all included (excludes Netflix/Prime)
The recently tiled bathroom is shared and has a shower and a bath, there is also plenty of space for your toiletries.
There is a very large fully fitted clean breakfast dining kitchen with use of the gadgets and you have sole use of a brand new fridge/freezer. Tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher are all available. Smoking outside only.
Off-road parking, the garden has raised decking and bbq table with wonderful views. Use of a canoe/kayak/exercise bike is included, we are also next to the Pennine way and a mountain bike can also be loaned. If your pastime is more leisurely then there are benches next to the canal for feeding the swans or having your lunch.
M56 Bowdon is 5 minutes away as is the metro/train station with onsite car parking, Dunham Massey is minutes away with it's wonderful parks etc and Altrincham town centre is a 15min walk with it's new found dining out destination fame.
Asda is minutes away, Aldi/The gym/bowling alley are all 5 minutes away. The canal towpath is perfect for commuting by bike to Timperley Sale etc. Happy to answer and more questions you may have so i have provided my number if you wish to call, anytime is good
