Room in Altrincham

I’m Paul, live-in landlord, sociable and friendly and easy to live with (I can provide referrals from my old housemates). This would be my first lodger situ, so if you’re happy we can run a bit of a trial period for several months and take it from there. I like to run and hike, surf and skateboard, and pretty much up for having a go at anything. I’m busy in the week designing buildings and work from home 3/2 days of the week. I’d prefer a housemate that will attend a place of work other than the home, I have an office in the small bedroom of the house. I work in the Netherlands and may spend a couple of weeks in every month there.

Always happy to make a new pal and hang out evenings and weekends when I’m about, you’re welcome to come along surfing anytime, it gets really good in winter!

Altrincham is a great place to live, and now, the Sunday Times has cemented that fact by naming it the official ‘best place to live’ in the North West! Bold claim but it is rather easy going and plenty to see, do and eat! Also 8 miles from Manchester city centre, linked by tram/buses and direct cycleways.
