There is off road parking at the front and side of the house.

The property has a fenced back garden with patio, grass and shed for storage.

The house is within walking distance for all the employers in the Birchwood and Risley areas with Birchwood Shopping Centre, Birchwood train Station and a Leisure complex a mere 8 minute walk away. There are also restaurants and takeaways near by. Good transport links with Birchwood Train Station as previously mentioned in walking distance and the motorway only a few minutes drive away. Warrington town centre is a short drive away.
